CT SCAN HAS BEEN PERFOMED FOR THE KIDNEY,URETER AND BLADDER ON MDCT SCANNER.SERIAL SECTION OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS TAKEN.
RIGHT KIDNEY:-
Approximately 9.8 x7.3 x 13.5 cm (APXTRXCC) Enlarged in size.Normal in shape and echotexture.
Minimal perirenal fat stranding is noted.
Corticomedullary differentation is preserved.
Renal parenchymal thickness appears normal.
No evidence of radiodense calculus within it.
No evidence of perirenal collection.
LEFT KIDNEY:-
Approximately 5.7 x5,7×10.9 cm (APXTRXCC); Normal in size,shape and echotexture.
There is evidence of mildy dilated left renal pelvis and upper ureter; however no evidence of radiodense calculi noted within it.
Tiny renal concretion (2mm) is noted in lower calyx of left kidney.
Corticomedullary differentation is preserved.
Renal parenchymal thickness appears normal.
No evidence of radiodense calculus within it.
No evidence of hydronephrosis /hydroureter is noted.
No evidence of perirenal fat stranding/collection.
URINARY BLADDER:-
Bladder appear well distended,No calculus and mass is seeen.
Uterus and bilateral adnexa unremarkable.
Visualised abdomen revealed:-
Liver appear enlarged measuring 17,6 cm ;s/o mild hepatomegaly.
Few subcentimeter sized lumph nodes are noted in central mesentery.
Few pelvic phelbolith noted,
Visualised bones appear normal.No evidnece of lytic /sclerotic lesion noted.
IMPRESSION:-
Left side minimal hyderoureteronephrosis possibly due to passed calculus.
Left renal concretion.
Right enlarged kidney with perirenal fat stranding.
