X-RAY IVP (Intravenous Pyelogram) REPORT
On Plain film:
- Bilateral renal and psoas shadows are normally seen.
- No radioopaque shadow is seen in the region of KUB
On post contrast scan:
Left kidney: Normal in size, shape, location and contrast concentration. Pelvicalyceal system is normally outlined by contrast with no hydronephrosis.
Right kidney: Normal in size, shape, location and contrast concentration. Pelvicalyceal system is normally outlined by contrast with no hydronephrosis.
Bilateral ureters Normal in course, caliber and contrast opacification. No calculus seen in its course.
Urinary Bladder is empty
IMPRESSION:
- Normally functioning bilateral kidneys
Suggested: Clinical and ultrasound correlation.
